Product intro

Return grille with their gently sloped border combine function with an attractive design; they can be installed in walls, sills or retangular ducts.

 

Type RG-VA return grilles have fixed straight blades.

 

RG-VB is with curved blades.


RG-VC is hinged type, with removable core.

 

 

What is an aluminum return air grille?

Material: High quality extruded aluminum profile(A6063)

Frame & Cores: Thickness 1.0mm,1.2mm

The frame is made of high quality extruded aluminum profile with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.

Core of hinged time can be easily removable and interchangeable for better installation and maintenance. Great convenience for you!

How to make an aluminum return grille?

 

In order to make a high quality double deflection grille, Ventech people introduce a whole production line with advanced stamping, punching machines which are operated by experienced workers.

 

All cores and frames are made by high-efficient machines, then comes to the installation line, we ventech also enjoy the wholly automotive squeezing machines.

Before polishing and filling the putty in the gaps, the air diffuser should be washed for 10mins then baked for 30mins.  Power coated is arranged behind the polishing step, by using totally-closed powder finishing line and parching space, the perfect diffuser rolls off the products line and ready to be packed, QC is the priority during each step of the mass productions. We have professional QC to check quality before products go to next step.
